Stick with your routine

As challenging and as difficult as it might be that you're waking up from your bed and going straight into your work, it's essential to still stick with your working routine. So if you're accustomed to waking up at 6 a.m. or 7 a.m. depending on the time you work, stick to that and try to keep that routine going. Whatever you usually do, stick to that routine because once you start moving away from the routine, you start confusing and combining work life with personal life.

When you're supposed to be doing something productive because those boundaries are not set, it's easy to blend the work in activities with your activities, making you unproductive.

Create a workspace

Creating a workspace for yourself will ensure a clear line between your working life and your personal life. While you're in this particular space in the house, this where working is taking place from. It's essential to set that workspace and have an organized desk and organized area. Get your laptop sorted correctly. If you need some webcam for video conferencing or phone for the audio conference and then things like that have that dedicated space in your home environment, you can set it aside. Once you're out of the workspace, you're no longer working. This will ensure that you're as effective and you're as productive as you possibly can be working from home.

Stay connected with your colleagues

We're in a world where technology is super-advanced, and it's straightforward to have that communication. There's so many instant messaging platforms and channels out there. For example, you've got slack; you've multiple project management tools. There's a million in one different tool that you can implement. It's essential to stay connected with your colleagues because when you do, you feel that camaraderie, you feel that working environment in your workspace, and it helps to keep your routine.

Making you a lot more efficient and when you can increase your customer reputation, and you increase the customer service, you're able to grow the business
